Brian Preston Smith is a partner and co-founder of Geavista Group. Brian has 20 years experience designing and implementing successful initiatives that have accelerated
the market penetration of environmentally beneficial products, practices, and behaviors. Brian oversees all activities at Geavista Group where he designs customized
solutions to achieve client's goals that deliver enduring environmental benefits and positive business impacts.
For over 10 years, Brian has designed and implemented award-winning regional residential and commercial energy efficiency programs for utilities across the U.S. and
has authored many papers on the subject. Before co-founding Geavista, Brian held leadership positions at ICF International, Global Environment and Technology Foundation,
the American Forest Foundation, and the League of Women Voters Education Fund. Brian draws upon his diverse experience in engineering management, environmental science,
marketing, and business strategy to deliver successful initiatives that achieve business goals.
When he's not working, Brian enjoys sailing, fly fishing, hiking, traveling, and reading. Brian received his Bachelor of Science, Environmental Science from Springfield
College in 1992, and a Master of Engineering Management with an emphasis on environment and energy management from George Washington University in 2002. Brian is a
member of the North Texas Clean Air Coalition, Association of Energy Service Professionals, and the Association of Energy Engineers.

Crystal Corwin-Smith
Partner, Co-Founder
Crystal Corwin-Smith is a partner and co-founder of Geavista Group. She manages company operations and corporate marketing departments. She also develops innovative
marketing strategies to help clients achieve their energy and water efficiency and corporate sustainability goals. She has more than 10 years experience in designing
integrated marketing strategies and branding initiatives for a variety of national and regional retail, healthcare, and electric and water utility clients.
Before co-founding Geavista, Crystal held positions at ICF International, latitude, and The Richards Group. She has had extraordinary success in managing the marketing
campaigns for award-winning energy efficiency and air quality programs across the United States.
In addition to her professional activities, Crystal has a deep interest in community service holding chairmanship positions for a variety of fundraisers for Family
Gateway and Helping Hands for the Family Place. Crystal received her Bachelor of Science cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 1998. While there she was
inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the national academic honor society. She received her Master of Arts with honors from Northern Arizona University in 2000. Crystal is a
member of the American Marketing Association and the Association of Energy Services Professionals.

Amanda S. Townsend
Manager, LEED AP, CMVP
Amanda is a Manager at Geavista and has over nine years experience in the commercial and industrial marketplace with a focus on energy efficiency, product
development, green marketing program development, and the development and execution of corporate communication and training programs. Amanda manages comprehensive energy
efficiency initiatives for our clients where she combines her expertise in project management and deep knowledge of business and technology to provide pragmatic energy
efficiency solutions and results.
During her career, Amanda has developed successful corporate sustainability initiatives and has provided "Green Building 101" training for building engineers at Fortune
500 companies and engineering associations. She is a leader in the lighting industry with a focus on the opportunities and challenges associated with LED technology.
For the past four years, Amanda has managed, designed, and implemented successful market transformation programs to achieve energy and demand savings in the commercial
and industrial markets.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places. She is committed to community service and outreach and currently serves as
Finance Chair at her church. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Measurement and
Verification Professional.

Tarik Rodgers
Manager, CMVP
Tarik is a business management professional with 16 years of experience providing program management, consulting, and advisory services for private industry.
His multidisciplinary background of engineering and business strategy has made him successful in developing business processes using fundamental ISO quality
management principles, designing initiatives to achieve corporate goals, and effectively managing complex technical projects. Tarik's attention to detail and
quality combined with his systems approach to project management and diverse cross-functional skills allow him to provide customized solutions and to deliver
verifiable results for clients.
Tarik oversees the daily activities related to the cost-effective implementation, budget management, tracking and reporting, and quality assurance of many of
Geavista's client initiatives. His oversight includes the direct management of subcontracted implementation teams as well as internal program implementation
personnel.
Tarik likes to spend time outdoors whether that is, scuba diving, mountain biking, road biking, or sleeping on his patio. Tarik also loves spending time with his
beautiful family and wonderful friends. Tarik received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and his MBA in
Strategy and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of the Association of Energy Service Professionals and the
Association of Energy Engineers.

Jeff Kiec
Manager, LEED AP
Jeff is a green building and sustainability professional with over eight years of experience in the commercial real estate marketplace. His experience includes
environmental auditing, building engineering assessments, and energy assessments within the hospitality, commercial office, government, retail, and multi-family
residential real estate sectors. He has conducted over 500 commercial building audits and has extensive technical writing experience.
Jeff has a breadth of experience providing daily sales and project support to numerous Fortune 500 clients and some of the largest financial institutions in the country.
His sustainability program experience includes developing comprehensive sustainability reporting for corporations. As a side project, he published a "sustainability tip guide"
to teach people on how to live more sustainably. He has participated in several LEED EB O&M Certification projects for large commercial office buildings. Jeff focuses on
creative solutions to complex problems while understanding of business strategies to produce results for any client.
Outside of work Jeff volunteers as the Sustainability Director in Deep Ellum, a historic arts and entertainment neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. Jeff has been able to educate
local residents and business on energy efficiency and sustainable living. Current and past projects include urban community gardens, pooled renewable power purchases for
local businesses, community clean-ups, speaking engagements, panel discussions, and installation of electric vehicle charging stations.

Theresa Gross
Director of Market Development
Theresa has more than 10 years of electric regulatory experience managing the Energy Efficiency Program for the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
Theresa's experience as a regulator in the Texas market and other states provides valuable insight for Geavista's utility clients. During her tenure at the PUCT, Texas
utilities permanently removed more than 1,600 Megawatts from the ERCOT grid.
Theresa has extensive experience on the speaker circuit. She has been a featured speaker to industry organizations on a variety of topics including the oversight and
remarkable results achieved by the nine electric utilities participating in the PUCT's Energy Efficiency Program for the past 10 years. Industry organizations to which she
has presented include the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, the US EPA's State Climate and Energy Technical Forum, and Clean Air Through Energy
Efficiency.
As Geavista's Director of Market Development, Theresa facilitates partnerships with states, utilities, and governmental agencies to achieve energy efficiency goals through
pragmatic solutions. She plays a key role in regulatory affairs and solution development to help our clients achieve their business goals.
When she's not working, Theresa enjoys traveling, kayaking, hiking, and gardening. Theresa received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a
Masters degree from Texas State. Theresa supports community service groups including; Austin-San Antonio Association of Energy Engineers, International Association
Energy Economics, Smart Grid Regulatory Group, Energy Efficiency Implementation Project, The Cool House Tour, One House at a Time, Empty Bowl Project and
Chicas Verdes (Green Girls).

Neal Frizzell
Director of Utility Solutions
Neal is the Director of Utility Solutions at Geavista. He has over 25 years of experience in the electric utility industry and has served in leadership positions
for electric co-operatives. Neal specializes in the development and management of customer service, marketing communications, and energy efficiency demand response
programs for utilities.
He has extensive experience developing and managing product development, customer communication initiatives, and energy efficiency programs. Notable programs include a
Residential Walk-Through Audit, Residential Diagnostic Energy Audit, and the High Efficiency Heat Pump Loan Program. Neal's broad exposure and knowledge of energy
efficiency, electric utility operations, customer service, and marketing provides Geavista's clients with the expertise and knowledge to develop and manage successful
programs.
Neal oversees solution development and program implementation activities for our clients. Neal received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from the
University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. When he's not working, Neal enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with his family.
